Functie omschrijving Assistant to CIO

Someone who independently organizes work and can oversee processes. You identify opportunities, quickly master new information and apply it when necessary. You know what is going on in the organization and you coordinate associated activities. You bring structure and overview to a team.

Description of activities:

  • You will have multiple tasks, often appearing simultaneously;
  • Proactive scheduling and calendar management;
  • Taking care of travel arrangements for LT members, and hotel / visa arrangements for visitors;
  • Facilitating communication with internal (other functions in the organization) and external (e.g. suppliers) stakeholders;
  • Preparing and minute taking of the leadership team meetings and other high stake governance meetings;
  • Organizing team-building sessions, workshops, and departmental events;
  • Compiling PowerPoint presentations;
  • Several administrative tasks related to IT entity;
  • First point of contact for Breda IT staff with regards to facilities (issues in buildings / offices, materials needed).

Functie eisen Assistant to CIO

Knowledge and experience:

  • At least 7-10 years of working experience in a highly dynamic international business environment;
  • Excellent MS Office skills (O365, MS Teams, Outlook, Powerpoint, Sharepoint);
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Languages:
Fluent in English and Dutch (both verbal and written).

Education / certification:
MBO / HBO level.
