The Ozzy Lopez Team at Keller Williams Realty is in search of a Closing Coordinator. This person is someone who is organized and enjoys helping clients by guiding them through a purchase or sale transaction in the real estate field. If problems arise, this person does not fret, instead they thrive in problematic situations because that’s where they shine best. This person is also very strategic with negotiations and is very experienced when handling the toughest of negotiations during a purchase contract transaction. Lastly, this person knows how to talk to different personalities. Meaning they know when to slow down and display empathy for the clients that move at a slower pace and need a more caring tone. And of course, they also know when to speed up and be direct for the a-type clients that simply need the quick facts and can make decisions quickly.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Earn 5 Star Reviews on 90% of closings.

Ensure contracts that close are compliant 100% of the time, and close by the original CoE at least 80% of the time.

Generate 1 referral for every closing.

ROLE AND EXPECTATIONS

Availability to be Monday through Friday during business hours.

May be needed weekends and holidays, but not often.

Position is remote/virtual, so work can be performed from anywhere you have technology and connectivity.

Training and education is highly encouraged and expected.

We meet daily for a team huddle, along with constant communication with team members throughout the business day.

Expected to follow systems and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.

THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

You get flustered, nervous, or lack confidence when negotiating and sticky situations.

You don’t know how to mold your communication styles for different situations.

You get stressed and overwhelmed when problems arise even confrontational ones.

You don’t work as a team, and you prefer to work “your way or the highway” style.

You are not a self motivated, self managed person, and need constant direction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent in the state of Nevada.
  • Must have experience.

SALARY

This is a commission based position.
Payment to be 15% of every transaction you fully close.
Expect 24-36 closings in a 12 month period.
Closings from your own database business and sphere stays separated.
