Sargent Rehabilitation Center, a comprehensive outpatient medical rehabilitation center, is seeking a full time behavior analyst to work in our pediatric day school program. The Behavior Analyst will oversee and implement behavioral strategies and techniques for skill acquisition and reduction of problem behavior for students with developmental disabilities and autism. This includes conducting functional behavioral assessments, developing comprehensive behavior programs, analyzing data, providing hands on treatment, participating in diagnostic and IEP meetings, providing ongoing training to all members of the interdisciplinary team, ongoing consultation to the classrooms and ongoing communication with parents. Job Requirements
Masters degree in area of special education or psychology preferred. BCBA eligible within one year or certified Experience working in an educational setting preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years experience providing behavior analytic services to children with autism and other disorders preferred. Adherence to high level of professional and ethical standards.
