Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Physical T! herapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Additional Requirements/Information:

• Ideal candidates will have 1 year of experience
• Physical Therapist will provide coverage in skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• Regionally recognized rehab company
• Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT and/or registered as a Physical Therapist per state requirements.

A physical therapist (PT) is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients of all ages who suffer from physical conditions that limit the ability to move and/or perform daily functional activities. A PT has a number of job functions, including assessing the patient and creating an individualized treatment plan to work on the areas that could use improvement. In assisting with a patient’s physical therapy, a PT also incorpora! tes preventative measures against the loss of motor skills and! promotes overall healthier lifestyles. Preferred Qualifications

• RI license
• Recent SNF experience
