Key Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all customer orders are process accurately and timely
- Review customer orders for pricing accuracy, transportation methods, payment terms and other unique requirements
- Communicate with customers to resol! ve discrepancies
- Update and maintain vendor routing g! uides
- Liaison with the Sales and Distribution Center teams
