Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)
StartDate: 09/09/20! 13Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $42.00-44.50 *
Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Physical Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.
Additional Requirements/Information:
Ideal candidates will have 1 year of experience
Physical Therapist will provide coverage in skilled nursing facility (SNF)
Regionally recognized rehab company
Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT and/or registered as a Physical Therapist per state requirements.
A physical therapist (PT) is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients of all ages who suffer from physical conditions that limit the ability to move and/or perform daily functional activities. A PT has a number of job functions, including assessing the patient and creating an individualized treatment plan to work on the ar! eas that could use improvement. In assisting with a patient’! s physical therapy, a PT also incorporates preventative measures against the loss of motor skills and promotes overall healthier lifestyles. Required Qualifications
- SNF experience
- 2+ years of post clinical experience
