Description: South County Hospital is presently looking of RN- Med/Surg right now, this career will be presented in Rhode Island. Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary approach in maintaining stand! ards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Provides comprehensive care for the life span of patients, from infants to geriatrics. Effectively delivers patient care through Nursing Process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Implementation and evaluation. Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island or in another state that participates in the Nurse Licensure Compact, BLS from AHA required.
Chemotherapy or pediatric experience a plus. Minimum 1 year acute care experience.
