Providence Anesthesiologists, Inc. provides anesthesia services for Rhode Island Hospital, Hasbro Children’s Hospital, The Miriam Hospital as well as several ambulat! ory surgery centers in Rhode Island. We are a large, Brown University affiliated multi-specialty private anesthesia group with anesthesiologists who provide advanced skills in pediatrics, cardiac/thoracic, neuro, trauma care, transesophageal echocardiography, critical care medicine, and regional anesthesia. We are currently searching for an exceptional fellowship trained pediatric anesthesiologist to join our practice.
Providence Anesthesiologists is in the unique position of having exclusive contracts to provide service in many different environments. These include free standing ambulatory surgery centers, a community hospital, as well as Rhode Island Hospital, the Miriam Hospital and Hasbro Children’s Hospital. (Rhode Island Hospital is Brown’s main teaching hospital and the state’s largest tertiary care hospital. It has 712 licensed beds, and has busy cardiac, neurosurgical, thoracic, vascular, orthopedic, and general surgical services. Hasbro Children’s! Hospital is the state’s only pediatric hospital.) Providenc! e Anesthesiologists, Inc. is the sole provider of anesthesia care for all of Lifespan’s affiliates and the largest anesthesia practice in the state of Rhode Island.
