Additional Requirements/Information:

• Interested candidates must have recent SNF experience
• Knowledge of Rehab Optima a plus
• Regionally recognized rehab company
• Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT and/or registered as a Physical Therapist per state requirements.

A physical therapist (PT) is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients of all ages who suffer from physical conditions that limit the ability to move and/or perform daily functional activities.
