Description: Rhode Island Hospital/Hasbro Children's Hospital is at present recruited Registered Nurse I PD right now, this position will be dwelled in Rhode Island. Description : The registered nurse I per diem working in the children's units under the direct supervision of the clinical manager (or des! ignee) implements, supervises and evaluates the nursing care of each patients using a nursing process and in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures. From admission to discharges, plans with consideration of the aging process through out the life span including all developmental stages as well as cultural patterns.
Qualifications :
Baccalaureate in nursing preferred.
Must have current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of RI or another state that participates in the Nurse Licensure compact.
Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to patients throughout the life span, with consideration of aging processes, human development stages and cultural patterns in each step of the care process.
PREFERRED:
Current BLS, minimum 2 years pediatric experience in an acute care pediatric unit.
