Description : Plans, evaluates, and directs preparation of diets for patients, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, as prescribed by physicians, and co! unsels patients in principles of normal and therapeutic nutrition. Qualifications : Completion of a Baccalaureate program in Food Science and Nutrition. Registration with the American Dietetic Association and Rhode Island licensure as a Dietitian/Nutritionist is required.
