New Business Acquisition Specialist [Philippines]

 

Promotes and sells Chevron's products to maximize revenues.

Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of New Business Acquisition Specialist located in Makati City, Philippines until May 29, 2023 (11:59 pm PHT).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Investor Acquisition and Negotiation:

• Continuously search for properties and locations suitable for a Caltex Retailer Owned and Retailer Operated (RORO) station through new acquisitions or competitor conversions.
• Actively explore for new and qualified retailers, multi-site operators to increase our network pool of potential investors.
• Maintain a healthy RORO pipeline aligned with our Strategic Network Plan per territory.
• Support PH aspirational goals of building quality sites with high potential for NFR and DIFM.
• Conform and support the New Business Acquisition process in accordance with guidelines e.g., Site Ride Executive Summary, DML Guidelines, RPT
• Work closely with Investors to ensure projects are in alignment with Chevron’s business objectives and standards.
• Ensure appropriate and complete hand-over of new site to Retail Business Consultant
• Interface with property-related vendors, contractors, partners and other service providers.

Network Planning:

• Develop concrete actions to deliver sites in target areas and lookout to avoid trade area cannibalization.
• Identify replacement sites that are strategically fit to the Chevron network.
• Collaborate with Retail and SNP Specialists to understand network gaps and plans.
• Approval Request and Financial Analysis:
• Conduct economic feasibility studies for all proposed projects using Retail Pipeline Tool (RPT).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (AO, Legal, Retail, Finance, Compliance, and other support teams) to complete and document essential business requirements, such as credit review, supply arrangement and contracts.
• Keep abreast with permitting requirements, site layout design, site image requirements and investment package.
• Provide timely recommendation of Deal Parameters, RORO package, BAR approvals to fast-track network growth and to remain competitive in the market.
