Junior Attorney - Pretoria
Well established National Law Firm requires the services of Junior Attorney or Candidate Attorney, with the following experience:
Requirements
- Junior Attorney
- Candidate Attorney who has passed all their Board exams and stand to be admitted or is busy with admission
Must have good understanding of contract law and National Credit Act;
Excellent writing skills required as candidate will need to respond to debtors and clients and deal with complaints and queries;
Good administrative and communication skills;
Will be in charge of call quality assurance and general management of the FNB book;
Will be required to attend and contribute to client meetings;
Must be presentable and proficient in English;
Must be self-motivated
Background in corporate recoveries advantageous and given preference to (at least 1-2 years experience) but not a prerequisite;
Experience on Standard Bank early outsource and/or FNB books, would be highly advantageous preference to be given where there is adequate experience.
Ability to perform well under pressure
Proficient in Office Word, Excel, Outlook and experience in AJS and ghost practice will be an advantage
Salary: R17 000 Jnr Attorney, Negotiable based on experience, provident fund, and medical aid.
