Job Position: Supply Chain Clerk
Target Pay Range: $24.00-26.00/hour, depending on level of relevant experience and qualifications

Role reports to Supply Chain Risk Manager. Some project management support activities, workshop facilitation and training support will be expected. An individual that enjoys working with diverse groups on cross functional projects will find the role very stimulating.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor Supply chain claims received from customers to drive resolution
- Monitor customer portals for reported supply chain and delivery failures
- Follow up on escalated points to ensure on time closure of issues cross functionally
- Perform data management activities. Eg. Uploading documentation to customer portals
- Log issues for escalation and reporting purposes
- Retrieve orders and shipments for investigations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as logistics or customer service clerk or similar role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Team oriented and willing to work across several departments
- Good verbal and written skills
- Analytical mindset and interest in supply chain and operations
