Description: Maxim Healthcare Services is looking of RN or LPN (Registered / Licensed Practical Nurse) right now, this vacancy will be reside in Rhode Island. Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking caring and responsible Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide dedicated homecare service to patients in Barrington, Lincoln, Middletown, Warwick, and Providence, RI. Currently we have all shifts available on Full-Time and Part-Time schedules. Maxim welcomes all candidates with at least 1 year of experience, but an ideal candidate is someone who is experienced with Ventilators, Trachs, G-Tubes and Pediatric Care. For qualified candidates our office is pleased to arrange for Ventilator and CPR training.
Among other opportunities, the following are a few of the specific cases that we currently have a need:
- Barrington: 12 year old patient with Cerebral Palsy in need of G-Tube care. Part-Time 2nd shift hours available
- Warwick: 10 year old patient in need of G-Tube care. 1st shift some weekends
- Warwick: 2 year old patient in need G-Tube, Vent, and Trach care. 4:00p-8:00/9:00p weekdays
- Lincoln: 19 year old patient in need of G-Tube, Vent, and Trach care. 2nd shift hours 3:00p-10:00/11:00p
- Middletown: 2 year old patient with Schizencephaly in need of G-Tube care. Overnight shifts available (full or part time)
- Providence: 2 year old patient could possibly be placed on a Vent and G-Tube. Open hours
We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work within our clients’ homes providing direct patient care. Working with the physician, Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) develop and manage nursing care plans, as well as instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, helping individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health. As a Maxim RN / LPN you will be responsible for following a physician established plan of treatment under the direction of our Director of Clinical Services. Maxim believes that qualified nurses are advocates and health educators for patients, families and communities.
