Providence Community Health Centers (PCHC) is seeking Family Physicians to join our growing network of neighborhood-based clinics. Our primary care teams provide health care services to over 50,000 patients in Providence, Rhode Island.
PCHC is recruiting board certified/eligible Family Physicians. Primary responsibilities include weekday outpatient clinic with rotating coverage for newborns at a regional hospital (no OB or general inpatient duties). On call duty is phone-based and shared with a large group; Newborn hospital coverage is currently 1:8
PCHC is an innovative federally qualified community health center with a solid leadership team. For nearly 50 years, our 8 neighborhood-based clinics are NCQA Level 3 patient-centered medical homes that serve a multicultural population. Our care team includes 60+ Family Physicians, Internists, Pediatricians, OB-GYN Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Dentists. PCHC also provides integrated behavioral health, nurse case management, and in-house optometry and asthma/allergy services. Teaching opportunities are available.
